Follow-up Appointment

• The schedules for July to December 2022 will be made available as of April 15th 2022.
• The schedules for January to June 2023 will be available as of October 17, 2022.

If you are a current patient of the clinic, please select an appointment with your endocrinologist through our self-serve online portal.

You can also check if we have cancellations through our portal.

If you see this message in the portal: "There are no more availabilities. Please try again later." it is that your doctor's schedule is full and we have no cancellations at the moment.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone or email.

First Consultation

If you would like to arrange  a new consultation with an endocrinologist, you must be referred by a doctor who practices in Quebec. The consultation is covered by Quebec health insurance. 

If you don't have a family doctor, you can go to a walk-in clinic to get a referral. When you have this consultation request, you must send it to us by email at info@endocrinomtl.com or by fax at 514-874-4078.

Please provide us with the following information with the consultation request:

• Last name, first name, date of birth
• Full address and telephone number (specify cell phone or home)
• Your medical insurance number with the expiration date of your card
• Your email address (for appointment confirmations), if available

As soon as we get these informations, we will contact you to give you our availabilities.

* For any gender dysphoria diagnostic, send us a letter from your psychologist, sexologist or psychiatrist.
